Wolfowitz is named after the former Secretary of Defense and Director of The World Bank. Paul Wolfowitz, a major architect of the invasion of Iraq based on the false premise of "weapons of mass destruction", had large and imperial ambitions, but also showed himself through the scandals that brought him down, to be a small and ridiculous man.
